We went to the pediatrician yesterday and Jonathan weighs 20 lbs. 6.5 oz. (50th percentile) and is 30 inches long (90-95th percentile). He looks like he might be a tall boy! Jonathan is doing great according to the doctor and while we were there the doctor asked me what Jonathan is doing now and it took me a minute to think because he is doing so much now, so it was hard to verbalize everything quickly. Here are a few of the things that I thought of yesterday and a few others.
-He is crawling like crazy and pulling up on everything which he has been doing since around 6 months old, but now he is cruising along the furniture and starting to stand without holding onto anything but only for a few seconds.
-He loves to clap and give high fives and give kisses, (nice slobbery open mouth ones).
-He knows how to do the sign for "more" and is starting to do "please" occasionally.
-He is super ticklish mostly on his neck, tummy, and upper thighs.
-He also is starting to "dance" to music and play more with his toys especially his wooden truck which he likes to push now.
I am sure I am forgetting some things, but he is just so much fun right now and we love him more and more and are so blessed to have him in our lives. Here is his 9 month old picture with a few outtakes.
