Matthew is 2!

Happy Birthday, baby boy!  It is so hard to believe that you are two already!  I have been really sitting back and having fun watching you more these last few weeks as you were getting closer to your birthday, just soaking in your cuteness and curiosity and amazed at how you are becoming a little boy already.  You are such a happy little guy and your personality has really been coming out especially since you have really started talking over the last few months.  You are a little parrot, especially when you hear your big brother talking!  You want to say whatever he is saying, but you also have little conversations with each other which is so fun to hear especially when I am driving and ya'll are chatting in the backseat.  You also just in the past few weeks really started singing with songs on the radio and CD's, especially "Frozen" which you pretty much request every time we get in the car. :)  Its pretty cute!
You are getting more into playing with cars and tractors, you still love stacking blocks and are getting good at even stacking Duplos together.  You still love balls and have a pretty good arm and may end up being a leftie like your brother and mom ;)  You enjoy doing puzzles and are getting better and better at them.
This summer you became a little fish, you love the water and going swimming!  We got you a puddle jumper life vest/float and you just take off and have no fear.  It makes us a bit nervous though!  You also in general have no fear and are ready to run and climb and jump wherever!
Your favorite foods are macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, blueberries, ketchup, and ice cream.  You are still not a fan of sweets in general, but just vanilla ice cream!
Matthew, you bring us so much joy and we are so blessed to have you in our family.  We love you to pieces and can't wait to see how you will continue to grow and become more of a little boy this next year.

I'll love you forever
I'll like you for always
As long as I'm living my baby you'll be
