2 months

Happy 2 months, Matthew!  You continue to bring so much joy to our family and we love watching you grow and discover new things.  You are smiling more and more and talking and cooing more which is so fun to have a "conversation" with you. You especially love to talk to your stuffed giraffe and you love to tell me about the pictures on the wall when I rock you. :) You have discovered your hands taste good in your mouth so it looks like you might want to suck on that thumb in the future, but for now you still take the paci when needed.  You have recently loved sitting in your bouncy seat swatting at the toy bar and listening to the music, you get a big smile on your face.  You weighed right at 13lbs. and were 24 3/4 inches long at your 2 month appointment, it looks like you might be tall like your big brother!  This month you got to go out to eat with the family to Chick-fil-a for the first time, you slept and then had a blow out diaper and outfit change, ha!  We love you so much Matthew.
