I recently had the chance to go visit my dear friend April in Campbellsville, Kentucky thanks to my wonderful in-laws and husband for staying with Jonathan and giving me a mommy-vacation! We had such a fun "long" weekend going to Louisville to see Mary Poppins, which I think is my new favorite show :). We got to just hang out and watch Breaking Dawn and do our nails and just have fun doing girly things and we also were able to go to Lexington and visit the Horse Park there which was beautiful and very Kentucky picturesque, just how you would imagine horse country with the rolling green hills and white fences everywhere. It was beautiful! Not all of the trees were budded out yet, but the few that were were gorgeous as you can see below. My favorites were the white blossoming pear trees and the pink dogwoods. Thanks April for such a fun, relaxing weekend!
Petting our horses that gave us our trolley tour of the Kentucky Horse Park.

Thank you for visiting! The pear trees are no longer white but bright green! See you next week in Tucson!
